The Hakaru Volunteer Managment Service was original built in collaberation with Otakorp, Inc. (Otakon) to help manage and schedule their at-con volunteers.

The VMS has a custom portal for individual volunteer self service, allowing volunteer management and submitting of schedule preferences.  All that data is fed into a robust administration interface where you can make your schedule needs against volunteer availability.

Real time dashboards during the event give you an overview of who is where.  Reward and Achievement tracking help you thank your volunteers for a job well done.
